Lovers of hiking, and also family and friends, here is an extraordinary activity in the carnival season. A Festive Dinner with Live Music and Dancing. In the evening of Saturday 22 February.

Dinner will be at Steki Marinou taverna in the village of Lythrodontas, a short 30 km drive from Nicosia, and closer to Limassol than is Nicosia. This is the taverna which offers us many wonderful meals over the past few years. We aim to sit down for dinner at 20:00 hrs.

The decoration and mood will be festive, and there will be live music, with party songs, Greek and Latin. You are invited to wear a carnival mask, hat or dress, to add to the cheer of the evening. It will be the 6^th year the festive dinner we are describing takes place; all past events were highly joyous, and most participants do show up with some carnival attire.

You need to reserve your participation, via e-mail only, to Xenophon before end Sunday 16 February, please. You appreciate that booking early offers the organisers the opportunity to prepare as rich an evening as possible. Should one need to pull out, once booked, you can do so before end Wednesday 19 February. Participants registered will receive an e-mail with full details, incl. driving instructions, on Thursday 20 February.
